Collect unique gene names for mutation blocks.

Optional Arguments:

- `-h, --help`: Show the help message and exit.

Required Arguments:

- `-in_BGfile IN_FILTERED_BLOCKGENE_FILE, --in_filtered_blockGene_file IN_FILTERED_BLOCKGENE_FILE`: Input file of filtered block gene information that is exported by dds_analysis filter_blocks. This file contains information about the mutation blocks and the associated gene names.
