Find mutation block patient IDs.

Optional Arguments:

- `-h, --help`: Show the help message and exit.

Required Arguments:

- `-in_BSfile IN_BLOCK_SUMMARY_FILE, --in_block_summary_file IN_BLOCK_SUMMARY_FILE`: Path to the block summary file exported by bpb3 mussd.
- `-in_BSfolder IN_BLOCK_FOLDER, --in_block_folder IN_BLOCK_FOLDER`: Path to the blocks exported by bpb3 mussd that contains sequence, mutation, and patient information.
