find_block_patientID

Find mutation block patient IDs.

Optional Arguments:

• -h, –help: Show the help message and exit.

Required Arguments:

• -in_BSfile IN_BLOCK_SUMMARY_FILE, –in_block_summary_file IN_BLOCK_SUMMARY_FILE: Path to the block summary file exported by bpb3 mussd.

• -in_BSfolder IN_BLOCK_FOLDER, –in_block_folder IN_BLOCK_FOLDER: Path to the blocks exported by bpb3 mussd that contains sequence, mutation, and patient information.
